This is my first Convergence, but since it's happening in my home town, AND starts the day after my Birthday, I couldn't resist going!

Frankenstein Medical School:
The Frankenstein Medical School is a group of high school and junior high school arts and crafts students. The groups members come from a number of different schools in Massachusetts. We do gothic creations among other things. The group was formed to provide a safe environment where creative students with different points of view and a unique sense of fashion could meet and work without harassment or distraction. It's intention is to promote tolerance and celebrate diversity. And we plan to have as much fun as possible along the way.

I have my photo on my desktop, but haven't been able to wrangle with image hosting sites and failed with photobucket once before.
Early 2005, it was following a link at fuse.tv's WTF section to an animation at Vampirefreaks.com for Assemblage 23's "Dissappoint." The profiles at VF didn't really make an (good) impression, but the self-described Cyber Goth internet radio station did. This started a more general wandering for what else would be Goth and made it remember Invader Zim from high school. So it did more research as to what Vasquez did. Eventually it bought JtHM: Director's Cut and found-out Anne Gwish's postings to alt.spooky was a reference to alt.gothic.
a.g.'s TenshiKurai9 was born and has been mostly hanging around since. (Zie has posting gaps before, during, and after C13.)

This will be convergence #7 for me, (8-13) and I have been a member of Corpgoth for all those years and am a Gothcruise regular. Hoping to see familiar faces, and not be too shy to meet some new people. I hate the heat, but looking forward to optimal AC.
